Scott & Focus Coaching

I am often asked what type of Life Coach I am?

The simple answer is I become the number one person to champion your unique and individualistic destiny. I believe in providing a framework, to develop your unique strengths and behaviors to achieve your goals. My focus is to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life on a daily basis.

I have worked in the corporate space for 20 years gaining valuable experience in leadership and project management. In the last 5 years I focused on graduate academy with personal development of new leaders. Departmental exposure to sales, finance and logistics gave me a all round perspective to the business of life. I enthusiastically moved into my own consulting business since 2010 where I have studied the implementation of emotional intelligence and the benefits of confidence in the workplace and sport. I have focused on younger leadership which culminated in writing a presenting a course for Stellenbosch University on coaching and mentorship.

As a life coach I typically work with clients on a one-on-one basis to provide guidance, support, and accountability as they work toward their objectives.  We identify your strengths and weaknesses, set goals, create a plan of action, and then provide ongoing support and guidance as you work toward achieving those goals.

Overall, a life coach who uses a strengths-based framework focuses on empowering clients to take control of their lives and make positive changes.
